If there is a tie for champion, the first tiebreaker is the runner-up. If none of the correct winner entries have the runner up, then the first correctly submitted entry with the champion will be declared the winner.
Contest entries close Wednesday, April 10 at 11:59 PM. The winner will be notified by April 15.
